New citizenship!

Hi guys! Program here. When logging on today, I noticed that there was something new about the top.

 I noticed it was for citizens so I decided to check out the citizenship page.

I noticed many changes compared to the old one. I'll spot them out:

~The items have been switched around except for the magic

~Has a caption for it

~Instead of the whole sentence, it just puts it as "magic" in a star

~The buttons are lighter colored  than the old one
